I haven’t received my order, what do I do ?

In the event that there’s an issue with receiving your order please contact thecreativeapparelstore@gmail.com with your order number, and a representative will respond back via email within 24-48 hours to resolve the matter. If you already have your tracking number please follow up online with the UPS tracking number sent to your email when your order was shipped.

If my product is damaged, what do I do ?

If you received your product and there are damages, please send high quality photos to thecreativeapparelstore@gmail.com along with your order number so that we can determine the damage and look into what caused the damage. Once approved, a full refund will be submitted back to you and may take 7-10 business days or more to process depending on your financial institution.

I really love your products but I don’t see it in the colors I need it!

Good news! The Creative Apparel allows our customers to “customize your own” color waves with our already listed products. Need a color wave that matches your favorite sneakers or even your favorite color ? Send in a request and we’ll reply within 24-48 hours with a response to whether or not the color wave can be accommodated. Submit your form here.

Returns/Refunds

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your product please send an email to thecreativeapparelstore@gmail.com with your order number to explain the issue you’re having.

Returns will only be given if:

  • Items are damaged

  • Order cancellation within 24 hours from your order date

ALL Orders that approve for a refund will take 7-10 business days or more to process depending on your financial institution.

Due to COVID19 we do NOT require you to return your unwanted items.
